L’Association pour le Bienêtre familial/ Naissances désirables a poursuit avec la compagne d’offres des services communautaires sur la planification familiale à Kinshasa, commune de Limité, Mfumu-mvula, depuis le 01 Septembre Jusqu’au 7, 2022.
Pendant 7 Jours, les équipes des paires éducateurs et les relais communautaires étaient sur terrain pour rendre service de cette campagne sur les différents coins de cette partie de la ville province de KINSHA.
« Nous avons été envoyé par l’ABEF-ND, pour sensibiliser la communauté (les adolescentes et les femmes en particulier), sur la planification familiale en leurs donnant plusieurs méthodes contraceptives, dans le but de créer un espacement des naissances à au moins deux ans d’intervalle, pour éviter des morts, des nourrissons et d’enfants et avoir un nombre d’enfants souhaitable » a expliqué l’un de pair éducateur.
« Je félicite ABEF-ND, pour cette initiative et service offerts à la communauté de la commune de Limité, du fait que dans plusieurs familles, nous nous retrouvons victimes d’un certain nombre d’enfants non souhaitable, par manque des méthodes contraceptives. Je pense qu’avec cette opportunité, nous serons en mesure de créer un espacement des naissances dans nos foyers » a déclaré maman KETU, parmi les bénéficiaires de cette campagne.
En effet, cette campagne qui a duré toute une semaine, a fait une statistique : 18374 jeunes et 24826 adultes qui ont bénéficié les différentes méthodes contraceptives sur la planification familiale.
Retenons que, la planification familiale est un processus qui offre des moyens qui concourent au contrôle des naissances, dans le but de renforcer les droits de la communauté (familles) à choisir le nombre d’enfants souhaitable et déterminé l’espacement des naissances.
